Our 3rd annual Easter Egg Hunt – all about Peeps, Chicklets, more chicks and three special bunnies

On Sunday we celebrated our 3rd annual Easter Egg Hunt, which was all about little yellow chicklets. We invited our favorite peeps and everybody had such a great time. It was a beautiful, sunny and perfect day… If you have been following us for a while now , you know that it rained during almost all parties we celebrated last year. Therefore I am really grateful for a perfect sunny afternoon spent with wonderful friends and family…

If you want to read more about the carrot Easter party we had last year, follow these links:

This year, our garden was divided into the chicken coop, (where the actual egg hunt was held), the crafty peeps corner, the bunny petting zoo, the bounce house, the sitting area for the big chicken and the chick tables which had all kind of different chick inspired goodies…

We had all kinds of “chicks” and “eggs” crafts planned, like painting eggs, making stone chicks, crafting and decorating foam eggs, coloring easter pages and making little pompom chicks. While setting up for the party Luca and Giorgio tried out the craft table and liked it. That was a good start…

And here I am writing again about photo props, lol. With our encouragement, most of the guests took pictures in the photo booth. (and like it too)
